ENHANCING YOUR WORLD

COMMUNITY MEMBER MASTER AGREEMENT

508(c)(1)(a) Private Membership Association

COMMUNITY MEMBER AGREEMENT

This Community Member Agreement (“Agreement”) is a private, legally binding contract between Enhancing Your World & GAUGE Your Life Ministry (“Ministry”), a 508(c)(1)(a) ecclesiastical Private Membership Association (“PMA”), and the undersigned individual (“Member”). By signing this Agreement, the Member knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally enters into a private faith-based relationship governed exclusively by private contract law, ecclesiastical principles, and the internal governing documents of the Ministry.

The Ministry functions entirely outside the public domain and does not grant or imply any privileges or protections associated with public citizenship, commercial activity, or governmental oversight. All activities, interactions, communications, exchanges, and services within the Ministry occur solely inside the private domain among consenting Members.

  1. Membership Identification and Information

The Member shall provide accurate identifying and contact information to the Ministry, including name, address, email, phone number, emergency contact, and any optional personal details relevant to their participation. The Member affirms that all information supplied is true and complete and agrees to update the Ministry regarding changes to their contact or personal information within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of Membership privileges.

  1. Nature of Membership and PMA Status

Membership in the Ministry is a voluntary private spiritual association. The Member understands that they are joining a private faith-based organization whose purpose is to provide spiritual, holistic, educational, emotional, energetic, and ceremonial experiences exclusively for Members. All offerings are private, spiritual, and non-commercial. No one may access the Ministry, its events, its online platforms, or its facilities without being an active Member.

Membership does not constitute entry into a business relationship, healthcare program, public association, or government-regulated activity. All rights, responsibilities, and remedies available to Members arise solely from this private Agreement, not from public statutory law. By signing this Agreement, the Member waives the right to bring claims in public courts concerning activities within the PMA, agreeing instead to internal resolution and, if necessary, private binding arbitration.

  1. Rights and Privileges of Membership

Members gain access to the Ministry’s private community, events, groups, workshops, services, digital platforms, and communications. Membership does not guarantee entitlement to any specific service, event, program, or offering. Access is provided based on availability, appropriateness, safety considerations, and alignment with the Ministry’s mission and values.

Members may request access to certain wellness services, classes, circles, or ceremonies, understanding that participation may require additional donations, registration, or approval.

Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked for violations of this Agreement.

  1. Membership Contributions, Fees, and Donations

Membership in the Ministry may involve recurring or one-time voluntary donations designated to support the Ministry’s spiritual mission, operational needs, facilities, staff, and community programs. Such contributions are private donations, not commercial payments or taxable sales. The Member acknowledges that no donation made to the Ministry constitutes a fee for service, purchase of goods, or commercial transaction.

The Ministry may offer optional premium events, programs, retreats, or special gatherings requiring additional private contributions. Participation in such offerings is voluntary and governed by private contract.

  1. Member Responsibilities and Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves with respect, courtesy, integrity, and sincerity in all interactions within the Ministry’s physical spaces, digital community, ceremonies, workshops, gatherings, and communications. Members must refrain from disruptive, harmful, aggressive, defamatory, exploitative, or disrespectful behavior. Members agree not to solicit business, services, romantic relationships, or financial investments from other Members unless expressly permitted by the Ministry.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or harmful conduct may result in immediate termination of Membership.

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy of the Private Domain

Members acknowledge that all information shared within the Ministry—including conversations, personal disclosures, group interactions, ceremonial experiences, online communications, and any content posted in the digital community—is private and confidential. The Member agrees not to disclose, reproduce, screenshot, share, or distribute any private information belonging to other Members or the Ministry.

The Member may not record audio, video, or photographs of other Members or facilitators within Ministry spaces—digital or physical—without explicit written consent.

  1. Online Community Participation and Digital Conduct

The Member understands that participation in the online platforms of the Ministry (forums, chat groups, video calls, social spaces, and community pages) is a privilege governed by strict expectations of respectful, ethical, and non-harmful communication. The Member agrees not to spread misinformation, engage in abusive or hostile dialogue, solicit services without authorization, or violate confidentiality.

The Member shall maintain integrity in all online interactions, recognizing that digital spaces within the PMA are considered extensions of sacred community space.

  1. Media Release

The Member acknowledges that the Ministry occasionally documents gatherings, events, workshops, or ceremonies through photography, audio, and video recordings. The Member grants the Ministry non-exclusive permission to use their likeness, voice, or image in internal PMA materials, spiritual teachings, community communications, and promotional or archival projects that support the Ministry’s mission.

The Member may revoke future permission by submitting written notice to the Ministry. Revocation does not apply retroactively to media already produced or distributed.

The Member agrees not to record or photograph other Members without explicit consent.

  1. Assumption of Risk

The Member acknowledges that participation in spiritual, somatic, energetic, emotional, or wellness-based activities carries inherent risks. These may include emotional activation, somatic release, discomfort, physical strain, or psychological recall. The Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in any event, service, circle, ceremony, class, practice, or Ministry activity.

The Member understands that facilitators, staff, and Enhancers are not acting as medical or psychological providers unless independently licensed and disclosed.

  1. Waiver of Liability

The Member releases the Ministry, its facilitators, Enhancers, practitioners, staff, officers, and affiliated Members from all liability, claims, or damages arising from their participation within the PMA, including physical injuries, emotional responses, misunderstandings, or unintended outcomes.

The Member accepts sole responsibility for their choices, interpretations, participation, and personal wellbeing.

  1. Indemnification

The Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Ministry and its representatives against any claims, complaints, legal actions, or disputes arising from the Member’s actions, behavior, misconduct, or violation of this Agreement.

  1. Termination of Membership

The Ministry may terminate a Member’s participation immediately and without refund if the Member violates ethical standards, disrupts community harmony, threatens the safety of others, breaches confidentiality, or acts in contradiction to the Ministry’s mission, values, or private lawful structure.

The Member may voluntarily withdraw from Membership by submitting written notice.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved internally through private dialogue and mediation. Should a dispute remain unresolved, the Member agrees that the matter shall be submitted exclusively to binding private arbitration conducted within 50 miles of the Ministry’s headquarters. Public courts hold no jurisdiction over PMA matters.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Modifications must be made in writing and signed by both the Member and the Ministry.
